About Me

My name is Jake, I’m a 14 year old boy that is a year 10 at Tawa College. I live on a 17 acre lifestyle in Pauatahanui with my dad Mark, my mum Hayley, and my brother Olly; along with lots of animals! I am a fit, outdoorsy type of person that loves to do stuff outside. I love nature and enjoy capturing natural beauty in photos.

My Interests/Hobbies

Mountain Biking: I love mountain biking, it is a really fun thing to do. I am an advanced rider who rides advanced tracks. My type of riding is enduro, which means I need to be fit for the uphills, but fast for the down.

Motor Biking: When I was little I got a little 50cc motorbike that I had for ages. Then I didn’t really ride for a few years until we moved onto the farm. Now I have a Honda Crf100 that I ride heaps.

4WDing: I’d say the 4WDing is definitely the biggest passion of mine, ever since I was 5, I have been obsessed with them. My favourite truck is the Nissan Patrol 1990 - 1999, My dad used to have one when I was young.

Boating: I love boating, and as soon as I can I’m going to get myself a boat to go to lakes, fish, and dive with. My favourite types of boats are sportfishers. Sport Fishers have multiple great qualities like inside luxury, speed, they’re built to fish on the outside, and they have plenty of space on the bow for water toys.

Photography: I am a really keen photographer and like to think I am quite good at it! I mainly take photos of animals and nature. Skiing: In the winter, me and my family like to go skiing. After only 2 years of skiing we manage to comfortably do double black diamond trails and can ski the whole mountain.
